Founded in 2020 and backed by the 15+ year heritage of Suzhou Hengda, Jiangsu Luoming combines proven technology with global ambition to deliver oxygen generation systems that lives depend on.
Our Story
From a Vision to a Global Manufacturer
Mr. Sun Guangqing, a senior engineer, founded Suzhou Hengda Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. in October 2008 — building a reputation for excellence through the philosophy of “people-oriented, pragmatic innovation, customer first, and quality first.”
In May 2020, Jiangsu Luoming Purification Technology Co., Ltd. was established as a dedicated medical-grade oxygen equipment manufacturer. Today, we operate a 16,000+ m² modern facility in Dongtai City, Yancheng, integrating R&D, production, sales, and service.
Our PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generators are deployed in hospitals, aquaculture farms, smelting plants, and community health stations across Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Our Growth Milestones
Company Founded
Jiangsu Luoming Purification Technology Co., Ltd. established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou Hengda Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. A 16,000 m² production base was built in Dongtai, Yancheng.
Class II Medical Device Qualification
Added Class II medical device production and sales business, improving access qualifications for the medical market.
Medical Device Production License
Successfully obtained a Class II Medical Device Production License — officially qualifying our products to enter the global medical market.
