The containerized oxygen generator adopts an integrated modular design combined with mature PSA technology. Designed for outdoor deployment, temporary sites, and mobile applications, the working process includes feed air pretreatment, PSA oxygen and nitrogen separation, oxygen delivery, and adsorbent regeneration. Compared with conventional PSA oxygen generators, the containerized unit offers enhanced mobility and compact layout.

Product Details

Feed Air Pretreatment

  • Ambient air passes through filters to remove dust, moisture, and oil mist, preventing contamination of the molecular sieve.

Pressurized Adsorption

  • Clean air is compressed and introduced into adsorption towers filled with molecular sieve. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed, while oxygen passes through the adsorption bed as oxygen-enriched gas.

Depressurization and Desorption

  • After nitrogen adsorption reaches saturation, the operating tower switches to depressurization. Adsorbed nitrogen is released, restoring adsorption capacity and enabling cyclic operation.

Oxygen Purification and Storage

  • Separated oxygen undergoes pressure stabilization and fine filtration, then is stored in an integrated buffer tank to support continuous oxygen supply.
