Product Details
Feed Air Pretreatment
- Ambient air passes through filters to remove dust, moisture, and oil mist, preventing contamination of the molecular sieve.
Pressurized Adsorption
- Clean air is compressed and introduced into adsorption towers filled with molecular sieve. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed, while oxygen passes through the adsorption bed as oxygen-enriched gas.
Depressurization and Desorption
- After nitrogen adsorption reaches saturation, the operating tower switches to depressurization. Adsorbed nitrogen is released, restoring adsorption capacity and enabling cyclic operation.
Oxygen Purification and Storage
- Separated oxygen undergoes pressure stabilization and fine filtration, then is stored in an integrated buffer tank to support continuous oxygen supply.
